Qur’an (65:3)Staying at home is depressing… Our lives are locked down… A lot of anxiety and uncertainty is going on…

It is true that being positive is a bit difficult in these days. However we should not forget that one of our religion’s bases is trust in Allah. Also it should not be forgotten that all events take place through the grace of Allah. We should keep on Tawakkul and stay focused on the bright side of events, trying to make the most of everything.

In this isolation period, let us read more, pray more, spend more time with our families and help out each other more. Let us hope to understand the importance of things we have and let us offer our shukr to Allah. Even and especially after the pandemic, when we go back to enjoying the sun, run to our schools, to our mosques, to our workplaces and to people we love inshaAllah. Let us remember how grateful we should be to Allah for all of these.

Regardless of what we experience and regardless of our worldly matters, the truth remains the same. It is the same as it was at the beginning of the universe. We should not forget what is essential. By the grace of Allah we should live in order to do better in Dunya and Akhirah.

Lastly, after reading this let us hug our beloved ones with our hearts, without touching them, to keep our health undamaged and to be able to hug however much we wish to hug after this pandemic ends inshAllah.
